SAMBA, July 30: A female was injured after receiving an electric shock at her residence in Village Kotli area of Bari Brahmana in district Samba today.
She has been identified as Soni Devi, 29, wife of Kalu Ram resident of village Kotli area of Bari Brahmana. She was working in her house when suddenly her hand touched a live wire, as a result she received an electric shock and got critically injured. Her family members immediately brought her to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for treatment.
The Bari Brahmana police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
