JAMMU, Mar 5: To lodge protest against discussion on Afzal Guru issue in the State Assembly and calling the Parliament attack convict as Saheb by some speakers in the House, activists of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena held a protest demonstration, here today.
The protesters raised slogans against the Chief Minister, PDP president Mehbooba Mufti and others for their alleged anti-national remarks in the Assembly.
The protest was led by Ashok Gupta who demanded that the Governor should take a serious note of the anti-national utterances of an independent MLA in Assembly and ask the Election Commission to bar the Legislator from contesting any election.
