JAMMU, Aug 7: A caveat has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking that no order shall be passed in a writ petition challenging revocation of Article 370 without hearing Caveator.
The caveat has been filed by Advocate Bimal Roy Jad on behalf of Dr Charu Walkikhanna, which reads: “Let nothing be done in the Writ Petition against the Constitution (Application to Jammu and Kashmir) Order, 2019 dated August 5, 2019 without notice to the Caveator”.
It is pertinent to mention here that in the year 2017 Dr Charu Walikhanna filed Writ Petition challenging Article 35A.
