JAMMU, Mar 7: A minor girl today drowned after she accidentally fell into a pond at Ramgarh area of Samba district.
Priyanka Devi, a fourth class student and resident of Sungwal village in Ramgarh tehsil, died this evening when she was playing near a pond and slipped into it.
Her body was fished out and shifted to the hospital. ” The body has been handed over to the family members after legal formalities,” police added.
