SRINAGAR, Mar 7: A blood donation camp was organized by Principal STC Sheeri in the campus in collaboration with District Hospital Baramulla.
In a statement a police spokesman said that about 100 trainees and staff donated blood during the blood donation camp. He said the event was set into motion with the donation of blood by Fareed Ahmad Khan SSP, in presence of Dr. Bashir Ahmad Chalkoo, Medical Superintendent District Hospital Baramulla and Dr. Masarat Iqbal, Deputy Medical Superintendent District Hospital Baramulla.
This is the third time during last one year such event of blood donation was organized by STC Sheeri. Earlier, on two occasions in two blood donation camps about 200 points of blood was collected for the needy persons.
