Except one all employees of Block Office suspended by DC

KARGIL, Mar 7: Except a class fourth employee, all officials of Block Office TGS in Kargil were suspended by Deputy Commissioner Kargil Fida Hussain who conducted a surprise visit of the block.
The Deputy Commissioner was on a visit to Kendriya Vidyalaya School and on the way halted in the block office suddenly where he found the office with out staff. Only a Class IV employee was guarding the building. District Officer on the spot ordered suspension of absent employees.
Responding to the reports from authorities of Kendriya Vidyalya Kargil, regarding the scarcity of class rooms, drinking water facility, and other facilities for curricular activities and sports, Deputy Commissioner Kargil visited the school where 222 students are on rolls and took stock of the arrangements.
Fida Hussain on the spot ordered for allotment of two rooms of the community hall for class room purpose, leveling of grounds though MG NREGA, and ordered for installation of submersible water pump for providing drinking water.
He also instructed the school authority to make the admission process more transparent and to provide proper representation to poor and students belonging to Below Poverty Line.
On this occasion, Councilor Trespone Syed Mujtaba, Panchs and Sarpanchs of TSG Block and other prominent citizens of the block were also present.
