How can our security forces not face hardships like their civilian countrymen in Kashmir in matters of contacting their family members as a result of some restrictions on the conventional means of communications? It is exactly now three weeks since some restrictions were imposed for security reasons for ensuringthat there was no breach in law and order in the Valley. Security forces deployed in different parts of the Valley are finding it extremely difficult to talk to their nears and dears in the family. How much their family members must be feeling worried and disturbed could be anyone’s guess.
