JAMMU, Sept 3: The Government today ordered transfer and posting of Harvinder Singh, Incharge Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical), presently awaiting orders of adjustment in the Administrative Department, in Mechanical Engineering Division (Sub Division Workshop) Udhampur.
His posting has been ordered against a vacancy.
