ACB initiates inquiry into Safa Valley Project

JAMMU, SEPT 6: Anti-Corruption Bureau Jammu today initiated an inquiry into the allegations of illegal construction and sale of flats meant for economically weaker sections at Sunjwan Bathindi, here.
According to official spokesperson, these allegations made in a complaint to Anti-Corruption Bureau, J&K suggest that the builders of SAFA Valley Flats had encroached upon state land including JDA Colony Park near Gujjar Colony By-pass, Jammu and have also done some construction on it in connivance with government officials.
“Further allegation indicates that builders have sold flats meant for economically weaker sections to non entitled beneficiaries in open market”, the spokesperson added.
