Jugal, Sat inaugurate Shiv Shakti community hall in Rajpura

JAMMU, Sept 6: MP Jammu Poonch Lok Sabha Constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma and former Minister Sat Sharma (CA) inaugurated newly constructed Shiv Shakti community hall at lane number 17 of Ward 29, Rajpura in an impressive program organized by the Management Committee of the temple. Both leaders were felicitated and their efforts were appreciated for playing a major role in completion of community hall.
Pertinent to mention, an amount of Rs 17 lakh were sanctioned from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) of former MLA during his tenure which led to the completion of the hall. Further Jugal also promised an amount of Rs 10 lakh from his CDF for further construction and works in the hall.
Speaking on the occasion, Jugal said that community halls hold very important place in today’s society and people hailing from all walks of life gather together in these places in various moments. He stated that such places must be developed everywhere so that people belonging to all segments of society can avail different facilities provided in these community halls. He also stated his vision of constructing more community halls in Jammu -Poonch Lok Sabha and also promised to sanction extra funds for taking up more works in the hall.
Sat Sharma said that the community hall will cater to the needs of the people of this Ward and other adjoining wards as well and any sort of function or other program can be done in the same and that too at a reasonable price and it will also be seen that people who cannot afford to pay will also be provided with every facility possible at concessional or no rates. He also thanked Lok Sabha MP for sanctioning extra funds for taking up more works in the hall.
District president BJP, Ayodhya Gupta, Corporator Ward 29, Surinder Choudhary, district general secretary, BJP Munish Khajuria, AEE JMC ,Ashok Sharma, Bawa Sharma, Kewal Kumar Verma, Heera Lal Sharma, Suresh Gupta, Neeraj Gupta Tony, Ravi Kant Sharma, Urvashi Gupta, Reema Padha Bakshi, Mulkh Raj, Girdhari, Sai Dan, Balak Ram and several others were also present.
