KATRA, Sept 13: TEQIP-III sponsored one-week workshop on “AWS Cloud Technology” was conducted from 7th to 11th September at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra.
The workshop was organized by the School of Electronics & Communication Engineering, SMVDU. The key objective of the workshop was to provide an exposure to the faculty members; research scholars and students in the field of Amazon Web Services to enhance their knowledge in the domain.
The primary aim of the workshop was to provide the hands-on practice on AWS with the help of Industry persons. The resource persons for the workshop were Dr Sateesh Kumar, IIT Roorkee; Dr Karan Verma, NIT Delhi; Dr Rajiv Misra, IIT Patna; Abhinav Kumar, Percona, USA and Bhuvan, L&T Infocom, Mumbai for providing and arranging the hands-on practice for the participants.
The workshop was coordinated by Dr Sachin Kumar Gupta and Dr Vijay Kumar Sharma.
