JAMMU, Sept 15: Two accident victims today succumbed to their injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
“Mohd Farooq (37) son of Abdul Hamid, resident of Darhal (Rajouri), was undergoing treatment since September 7 at GMCH Jammu following a road mishap at Jhajjar Kotli on the same day,” a police official said, adding, today Mohd Farooq succumbed to his injuries in the Hospital.
Meanwhile, another man namely Balbir Chand son of Daya Ram, resident of Manna (RS Pura), also succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. He was admitted in the hospital three days back after he received serious injuries in a road mishap occurred at Nehru Market.
“The dead bodies of both the deceased were sent for postmortem while concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter”, the official added.
