JAMMU, Sept 21: Expressing concern over mounting day to day problems of the people, President of Pradesh Mahila Congress, Indu Pawar in a meeting said that BJP has betrayed the people of Jammu region.
She claimed that there is total chaos and confusion among the people as BJP leadership has failed to solve public problems.
“On the one hand there is complete uncertainty in the State, while on the other hand people are confronting with failure of the administration to solve their day today problems like scarcity of potable water and poor power supply even in the month of September,” Pawar said.
She further said that BJP leadership in J&K is indulging in cheap politics by raking up emotive issues to divert peoples’ attention from mounting civic problems.
“Instead of solving problems of the people the Government has either detained or put senior leaders like G.A Mir, Raman Bhalla etc under house arrest,” Pawar maintained blaming BJP for betraying the people of Jammu on the issue of statehood.
