CHANDIGARH, Sept 24: A total 187 applicant’s luck favoured them to grab the plot at the draw of Royale Estate Affordable Housing Scheme held at project site Chandigarh-Patiala Highway today.
Waiving off the registration fees and external developmental charges resulted in a massive public response at the draw held for Housing Scheme. Around 10,000 applicants tried their luck in the scheme. Hi-end facilities made available in the project have been appreciated greatly by the applicants who thronged the draw venue (Greater Mohali) in large numbers but only 187 lucky applicants managed to grab the dream plot at discounted price.
Neeraj Kansal, Director, Royale Estate, told that the group is known to launch customer friendly schemes at subsidised rates and will continue to keep its promise of providing hi- end living at affordable prices.
Speaking on the occasion, Parveen Kansal of Royale Estate informed that the work at the project is going on in full swing and the possession would be given in this year only. He further told that the entire land of the project is registered in the name of the builder without any liability.
Ashish Mittal, said that it is the first affordable housing scheme in Punjab where luxurious elements like tree lined roads, solar lights, walled and gated premises, theme park, purified water, swimming pool, gymnasium, built up club house, two tier security have been provided. The scheme aims to materialise the dreams of the middle class who wish to possess their own home. The scheme is approved from Punjab Government and State Bank of India. Loan facility is available from State Bank of India, he added.
