Social bodies against increasing docs’ retirement age

JAMMU, Mar 11: All J&K Movement for Peace and Justice has announced to oppose any move of increasing retirement age of the doctors in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Movement opined that any such move would be great injustice with the unemployed youth of the State as the same will be demanded by other employees also who are already agitating for enhancement of the retirement age.
A meeting of the Movement was held wherein the members said that in case of urgency, some senior and dedicated doctors may be given re-employment but it should not be made the precedence as the same will create problems.
The meeting was attended by S Deep Singh, Kuldeep Kumar Rao, Dr G S Charak, S N Saproo, R L Raina, Madan Gopal and Kalyan Singh Chib.
