RAMBAN, Mar 11: Police today recovered body of class IV employee of Agriculture Department from a gorge at Anokhi Fall under mysterious circumstances.
Police spokesman said that, class IV employee of Agriculture Department namely Mohd Ayoub Sheikh, son of Gulam Rasool Sheikh of Banihal, was missing for the last three days.
His body was recovered from a gorge at Anokhi Fall, this morning, he said, adding that the body was shifted to District Hospital, where after postmortem, it was handed over to family members for last rites.
A case under Section 174 CrPC has been registered at Ramban police station and investigation started.
