JAMMU, Sept 26: Like previous occasions, Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust (JYBT) will organise ‘Maa Chandi Paath’ and ‘Shree Ramayan Paath’, this year too, at its Haridwar Bhawan on ‘Sharad Navratri Parav’ commencing from September 29 to October 7 for the welfare and prosperity of the nation.
In a press conference here today Pawan Kumar Shastri, Trust President said, “For the convenience of devotees who desires to participate in ‘Maa Chandi Paath’ but cannot move to Haridwar owing to certain reasons, the organizers have a provision wherein they can also become a part of the ceremony by sitting at home.”
He informed that such devotees have to fill a prescribed form to become Yajmaan.
“On culmination of ‘Maa Chandi Paath’ with ‘Pooran Ahuti’ on October 7, Navratri Parshad will be sent to such devotees at their address,” Shastri further said.

The Trust president also informed that on ‘Ramnavami Parav’ falling on October 8, there will be a special programme at Haridwar Bhawan.
The Trust has also released a book titled ‘Nav Durga Pujan Vidhi’ which reveals in brief about ‘Navratri Parav’.
Gurdas Sharma, General Secretary of the Trust; Ram Langer, Treasurer and Jatinder Aggarwal, Trustee were also present in the press conference.
