JAMMU, Mar 11: Government today ordered transfers and postings of 14 officers including 12 KAS with immediate effect while as two KAS officers have been placed against the available vacancy in the Selection Grade of KAS.
According to the orders issued by the General Administration Department, Bhawani Rakwal, Deputy Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, has been placed against the available vacancy in the Selection Grade of KAS on officiating basis. Accordingly, he has been designated as Additional Secretary, CAPD.
Similarly, Ghulam Rasool Kumar, Deputy Director IMPA, Srinagar has been placed against the available vacancy in the Selection Grade of KAS on officiating basis. Accordingly, he has been transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner, Srinagar against an available vacancy.
Pradeep Kumar, Additional Secretary. Public Works (R&B) Department has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Jammu against available vacancy.
Shabnam Kamili, Additional Secretary, Power Development Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Public Works Department (HRM) branch. Raj Kumar Katoch, Secretary J&K Women’s Development Corporation has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Transport Department.
Abdul Majid Zargar, Development Officer, J&K Women’s Development Corporation, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Women’s Development Corporation.
Kapil Sharma, Development Officer, Handicrafts (Textile), Jammu has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation against an available vacancy. Inderjeet, Joint Director, Information has been transferred and posted as Settlement Officer, Jammu against an available vacancy.
Rajinder Kumar Sharma, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Bani has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants) Jammu against an available vacancy.
Ranjeet Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mendhar has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bani vice Rajinder Kumar Sharma. Shafiq Ahmad, General Manager, DIC Anantnag has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mendhar vice Ranjeet Singh.
Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Deputy Director, CAPD (South) Kashmir has been transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC Anantnag. He will hold the charge of the post of General Manager, DIC Kulgam in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Mohammad Iqbal, Assistant Director, Planning and Statistics, Planning and Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary in the Personal Section of Minister for Medical Education, Youth Services and Sports vice Simia Tabasum, who will report to her parent department for further posting.
Tej Krishan Bhat, Additional Secretary, Revenue Department has been transferred and posted as OSD with Minister for Tourism and Shahid Mehmoor Dar, Project Officer, ICDS Mahore has been transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary in the Personal Section of Minister of State for Health.
