PULWAMA, Sept 30: On the directions of District Development Commissioner Pulwama Dr Syed Abid Rashid Shah, a team of officials from Revenue, R&B and Municipal Committee headed by Tehsildar Pulwama today carried out an anti -encroachment drive here today.
During the drive several illegal structures and constructions in the form of shops were pulled down along Circular Road at Gangoo.
The DDC said strict action will be taken against the offenders who have raised illegal constructions along the roads as nobody is permitted to construct any kind of structure without proper permission of the administration. He further added that there is zero tolerance policy against illegal encroachments.
