UDHAMPUR, Sept 30: Due to alleged unauthorized absence of the teachers, Government Primary School Nadly in village Shttrari in block Dudu, is lying closed for the last 10 days.
Up in arms against illegal absence of the teachers and consequent closure of the school, the students and their parents today held a strong protest demonstration. They raised slogans against the School Education authorities as well as the District administration.
The parents lamented that their children were unable to attend the classes and get Mid-Day meal in the school, which was found locked for the last 10 days due to negligence of the teachers.
The protest was led by Sarpanch Chattrari, Vijay Lakshmi and Om Parkash (Ex Sarpanch Chattrari), who were accompanied by Panch Omkar , Vijay Kumar, Kheam Raj, Ishwar Dass, Sher Singh, Kartar Chand and others.
