Khalistani militant held

AMRITSAR, Oct 2:
Punjab Police today nabbed a Khalistani militant involved in the recent incidents of dropping of deadly weapons by the Pakistani drones into the Indian territories.
According to a senior police officer, the sleuths of the Special Operation Cell of the State police arrested the terrorist having links with the Khalistan Zindabad Force from near the Khalsa College area today morning.
Identified as Sajan Preet Singh, he is said to be responsible for destroying one drone which was found in burnt conditions lying in the area of Jhabal in Tarn Taran district adjoining Indo-Pak border and selling two pistols which were air dropped in the Jhabal area.
Another report suggests that the accused had also used the drone which he tried to burn after the weapons were dropped in the area of Jhabal. (UNI)
