NEW DELHI, Oct 4: Save Sharda Committee Kashmir participated in a seminar titled ” Understanding Kashmir” was organized by DLF at Club Aralias in Gurgaon.
Prominent speakers invited to speak in the interactive session were Sushil Pandit, notable TV debator, Javed Iqbal Shah, a political analyst, Commodore D.S. Sodhi, Commodore (Retd.) Indian Navy and Ravinder Pandita, Head of Save Sharda Committee Kashmir. Speaking on the occasion , Pandita laid stress on divine intervention in the State and talked of efforts to bring people closer through religious & heritage tourism, notably Sharda mission.
Sushil Pandit gave an in depth historical perspective of the Kashmir history and the introspection on recent abrogation of Art. 370. Commodore D S Sodhi, author of four books on Kashmir and a TV debator wanted that people should take the abrogation of Article 370 in true perspective and help building nation with national interests first.
Javid Iqbal Shah, a political analyst laid stress on various aspects of J&K people and the political role of dynasty politics in bringing Kashmir to this turmoil. He deplored the act of genocide of Kashmiri Pandits. The speakers were welcomed by Capt.(Retd.) K.K Sharma and vote of thanks was presented by DLF.
