JAMMU, Mar 13: Dr Atul Dhar has taken over as Principal of Government College for Engineering and Technology (GCET), Jammu.
Dr Dhar is the Professor of Physics in GCET and a formal order for his new assignment as the Principal was issued by the Government on Monday.
