JAMMU, Oct 16: The dead body of a man was found hanging this morning in Bakshi Nagar area of the city.
“The deceased has been identified as Rakesh Kumar Gupta (41) son of Chaman Lal Gupta. He was living in a rented accommodation at Rajpura, wherein his body was found hanging today at about 7 am,” a police official said.
He said that the body was handed over to its legal heirs for last rites after completion of postmortem at GMC Jammu while inquest proceeding in this connection was initiated at police station Bakshi Nagar.
