JAMMU, Oct 20: Mahant Bachittar Singh (MBS) College of Engineering and Technology here organized a workshop on ‘Internet of Things (IoT)’ followed by a placement drive in association with ‘Pie Infocomm Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow’.
Piyush Tiwari (HR, Pie Infocomm) and Simran Das (IoT, Expert in Automation) presided over the event with a vibrant seminar on ‘Automation in Industries’ to 7th semester students of all Engineering branches (CSE, IT, EE, ECE & ME).
Written technical examination was conducted for placement drive which was followed by a group discussion, technical interview and HR interview for 7th semester students of all engineering branches.
A total of eight students of ME Department, two from ECE, one from Electrical and three from IT Department were recruited in the placement drive.
Prof. Ravinder Kr. Bhardwaj, Head, Training & Placement coordinated all the events.
The Management of MBS College extended best wishes to all the selected candidates.
