Sikh bodies seek exemption

RAJOURI, Oct 29: Various organizations of Sikh community have demanded waiver of fee as well as provision of various facilities on the eve of 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
While talking to media persons here today, Nirman Singh, Bhupinder Singh, Amardep Singh, Inderjeet Singh, Gagandeep Sasan members of Sikh bodies in Rajouri have said that on the pattern of Delhi Govt who has promised to pay the fee of all Sikh pilgrims who are going to Kartarpur and Kejriwal Govt has also promised all possible facilities to these pilgrims and such measures must be taken by J&K Govt to ensure safe and smooth passage of Sikh pilgrims to Sri Kartarpur Sahib in Pakistan.
The Sikh fraternity has demanded that all possible measures must be taken to ensure hassle free journey. They have pinned high hopes on J&K Government.
