There is no doubt transfer of teachers during mid session really hurts the students academically. Even if transfer of teachers takes place at a quick pace, it takes almost one month for the students to resume their studies once again. But the question arises: who will compensate for the lost time? No body but student community suffers in this exercise. The Education Department had framed guidelines for transfers of teachers. There were clear cut instruction that no trasfers shall take place during mid academic session. But it seems no body lives by those guidelines.
The educational authorities are requested that no transfers should be affected when schools are functioning normally. If transfer is to be made it stand be made in rearest of rares cases.
