REASI, Nov 17 : Continuing its anti-encroachment drive, teams of Reasi Forest Division foiled attempts by miscreants to encroach upon Forest land and retrieved nearly 50 Kanals of Forest land from the clutches of the encroachers.
Official sources said that a team of Reasi Forest Division led by DFO Anil Kumar Atri, along with Kushal Singh, Range Officer Katra and other staff evicted nearly 50 kanals of forest land from two encroachers at Suketar and Dsanu area of Reasi district. The entire land cleared in the process has been retrieved and fenced.
