JAMMU, Mar 17: The one day visit of Cabinet Secretary Ajit Kumar Seth, Home Secretary RK Singh and a large delegation of Union Government Secretaries here on March 19 to review development works especially mega projects and security scenario in the State has been postponed.
Official sources said the meeting was postponed as top brass of the State administration was busy with the Assembly, which was debating budget of various Ministries while some of the Central Government officials also had important assignments in New Delhi in view of Parliament session.
The Union Government would convey next date of the meeting to the State later, they added.
The Central delegation was scheduled to review development of mega projects especially those being executed under Prime Minister’s Re-construction Plan (PMRP) and other Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the State.
