JAMMU, Mar 18: Bahajan Samaj Party today said that the Omar led State Government should be dismissed forthwith and demanded the Central Government to impose President Rule in the State.
We urged Governor NN Vohra to submit detailed report to the Central Government about the latest political development in the State, the BSP State president, Tulsi Dass Langeh, said while addressing a workers’ meet at Janipur area of the city outskirts, where he was invited as chief guest. He alleged that the present ruling and principal opposition parties were toeing Pakistan’s line stressing for resolution in the Legislature’s House regarding return of mortal remains of Afzal Guru, a convict of Parliament attack.
In Kashmir people who are mostly dependant upon tourism industry, are facing severe hardships to meet both ends owing to the wrong policies of handful separatist forces, Omar led Coalition Government and principal opposition party PDP, Langeh maintained.
The BSP leader said that the BSP is keeping eagle’s eye over the political development taking place in the State. Expressing serious concern over the proceedings of Legislatures House, Langeh said that time has come to decide whether we have to live with India or not.
To avoid further deterioration of the situation, The State Government should be dismissed forthwith, Langeh asserted.
He further said that the present situation demands trifurcation of the State and holding fresh elections, so that all the three regions could progress simultaneously.
The meet was chaired by Bansi Lal Chowdhary, while State vice-president, BSP, RL Chargotra, State general secretary, Pawan Gupta and State treasurer, Rattan Kumar Bhagat were the guests of honour.
