JAMMU, Nov 28: The Union Territory Government today constituted a Committee to examine the issues pertaining to the All India Service cadre.
The Committee comprised Atal Dulloo, Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department, Shaleen Kabra, Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department, Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissio-ner/ Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment, Farooq Ahmad Lone, Secretary General Administration Department, Achal Sethi, Secretary Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and Charandeep Singh, Additional Secretary, GAD (Services).
The Committee will examine issues related to strength and composition of All India Services, promotion quota and its implications on past inductions and any other issues regarding All India Service cadre.
