Sir,
Since after the election results were announced, a very interesting daily soap serial started in Maharashtra. Two political parties that contested elections jointly got separated after the results over the tenure of CM post. Since then a high political drama has been witnessed there. But on 25th morning, everyone got stunned and surprised when the news of Davinder Fadnavis becoming CM got flashed on TV screens. Everyone was thinking how and when the President rule ended and when Fadnavis took oath but one thing is clear that if political will is there, our Govt can achieve anything. The saddest part is that this strong political will is visible only in the situations of grabbing power but not in development works like – improving education, jobs, infrastructure, health facilities, reducing mortality ratio, providing nutrition etc. Had India possessed such a strong political will for development purposes since independence, we might have been living in a different India today.
