RAMBAN, Dec 2: Eight persons including Incharge Police Post Patnitop were injured when the Eco car they were traveling in skidded off the road and plunged into gorge near Chakhar Mode on Patnitop-Nathatop road, here.
As per police sources, eight persons including Incharge Police Post Patnitop were injured when the Eco car bearing registration number JK21-8392 they were traveling in skidded off the road and plunged into gorge near Chakhar Mode on Patnitop-Nathatop road.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to SDH Batote, from where they were later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for advanced treatment.
The injured have been identified as SI Sunil Dutt, Incharge Police Post Patnitop, SgCT Shamasdin, Shamsheer Singh, son of Balwan Singh, Tarseem Singh, son of Jaswant Singh, Joginder Singh, son of Baldev Singh, Mohan Singh, son of Balkar Singh, Narinder Singh, son of Shaib Singh and Pretam Singh, son of Sardar Singh, all residents of Ghagwal, District Samba.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Batote Police Station and investigation started.
