JAMMU, Dec 4: All India Congress Committee (AICC) is organizing ‘Maha Rally’ on December 14, 2019 in Delhi  to protest against economic crisis, large scale unemployment and unprecedented price hike due to wrong policies of BJP Government at the Centre.
In a statement here today, JKPCC chief spokesperson, Ravinder Sharma said that AICC members and PCC members including former ministers, former legislators, PCC functionaries, District presidents and leaders of the frontal wings of the JKPCC apart from other party activists from Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh would participate in the ‘Maha Rally’. They have been asked to attend the rally along with other prominent party colleagues.
Sharma said that as part of nationwide programme against the worst kind of economic slowdown, leading to large scale unemployment and unprecedented price hike, is matter of great concern of the countrymen. The BJP Government’s wrong economic policies during past six years has brought the country to the situation of financial emergency and as against the promise of generating two crore  new jobs annually, that those employed in private sectors are losing their jobs in lakhs due to the economic situation being faced by the private companies.
The ‘Maha Rally’ shall focus the attention of countrymen towards the prevailing economic situation and impress upon the Government to take corrective measures in the larger interest of poor and common man.
