JAMMU, Mar 19: National Conference MLA, Mohd Ashraf Ganai today staged walk-out for not being allowed to speak during the grants of R&B Department.
When the Minister for R&B, Abdul Majid Wani stood up to wind up discussion on the grants of R&B Department, NC MLA lodged protest over not being allowed to participate in the discussion and later staged walk-out.
