SAMBA, Dec 6: Police reunited a missing woman along with her son with family.
As per police sources, on December 4 this year, a written complaint was received at Police Post Rakh Amb Talli from Rakesh Kumar, son of Majar Ram of Khanwal Camp, District Samba stating therein that his wife namely Sunita Devi alongwith minor son went missing from RS Pura on 28.11.2019.
Acting on the complaint, a missing report was entered at Police Post Rakh Amb Talli and search was started to trace out the said missing lady alongwith her minor son.
Acting swiftly, a special team was constituted under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Samba, Tilak Raj Bhardwaj and SHO Samba Inspector Shiv Dev Singh which was headed by Incharge Police Posr Rakh Amb Talli, SI Tariq Ahmed to trace out the said missing lady and her son.
The team conducted raids at different suspicious places in and out of District Samba and finally succeeded in tracing out the said missing lady alongwith her son from Kunjwani District Jammu.
After completing legal formalities, the lady along with her son were handed over to family members.
