RAMBAN, Dec 8: One person was injured today when a dumper met with an accident under the jurisdiction of police station Chanderkote.
“A dumper bearing registration number JK19-25 14 rolled down from Sawani road and fell on Jammu-Srinagar Highway at Chanderkote, resulting into serious injuries to its driver namely Syed Ahmed son of Ibrahim Ahmed, resident of Chanderkote,” police sources said.
They said that the injured driver was rushed to District Hospital Ramban for treatment where from he was referred to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment. “A case has been registered in this connection at police station Chanderkote,” they added.
