NEW DELHI, Mar 20: REFUsol, a manufacturer of solar inverters, today said it has started production of high efficiency solar inverters in Pune.
“The first inverters were produced in February 2013 at Pune,” the company said in a statement.
REFUsol will manufacture its 10kW, 13kW ,17kW, 20kW and 23kW string inverters for the Indian, South Asian and Middle East market, the statement said.
These systems can be installed out in the open without any problem. All four string inverters are easy to handle and compact. They can be installed on an area smaller than three A4 pages laid side by side for example, the statement added.
It has an efficiency factor of more than 98 per cent. The high efficiency enables noise-free convection cooling and ensures the inner workings of the inverter are maintenance-free.
“With our local production here in Pune, we are now able to meet our customer’s needs even better and in shorter time,” Thomas Wittek, CEO at Refu Solar Electronics said. (PTI)
