GANDERBAL, Dec 14: Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Judge High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Administrative Judge for Ganderbal today inspected the District Court Complex in Ganderbal.
He was received by Principal District and Sessions Judge,  Mohammad Yousuf Wani, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Munsiff Judicial Magistrate,  Sajad-ur-Rehman, Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal, ADDC Ganderbal besides president Bar Association Ganderbal and others.
Justice Sanjeev Kumar was presented a guard of honour on his arrival at District Court Complex Ganderbal.
During the visit, he stressed for the early disposal of old cases especially those which are pending for  more than 10 years. Justice Sanjeev Kumar stressed for the timely and speedy dispensation of justice for redressal of grievances of the litigant public. He also directed the judicial officers for providing of free legal assistance to the deserving and weaker sections of the society.
He also directed the Principal District Judge for active follow up of the land allotment case regarding the proposed combined district Court complex Ganderbal for which Justice Sanjeev Kumar expected active participation and co-operation of district administration for augmentation of the infrastructure of the district judiciary.
He also interacted with the bar members and  told them that  the Chief Engineer  R&B Kashmir has been already asked by the High Court for framing up of DPR for new district Court complex Ganderbal.
