JAMMU, Dec 22: The SR College of Competitions (SRCC) today conducted workshop with the sole aim to guide and prepare those Civil Services aspirants from Jammu and Kashmir.
In this two-hour long free counselling session, the visiting faculty from Delhi, Gautam Meena gave a detailed presentation of the IAS and KAS examination pattern.
He elaborated the syllabus and related books for reference and preparation for the most competitive examination in the country.
“The ultimate aim should be to qualify the Preliminary examination and to secure high marks in the Mains examination by going through the prescribed syllabus only,” said Gautam Meena.
In later part of the workshop doubts were cleared with regard to both IAS and KAS patterns of the examination.
Meanwhile, the SR College continued with the ongoing Test series for both the prelims and mains examination. Those preparing for mains had Test 7 for Ethics whereas preliminary students had modern history and art and culture paper.
