JAMMU, May 13: All the members of School Education Officers Association, Division Jammu, held a meeting under the chairmanship of Kuldip Singh Langeh and demanded that the Department should regularize Headmaster Cadres, the list of which was published according to seniority, at the earliest by getting the stay vacated from Court and after getting the anomalies removed.
In addition to it there was a threadbare discussion on the demands of the cadre like creation of post of ZEPO in every zone, increase of posts of Senior Headmasters equivalent to one thirds of the total strength of Headmasters as in the case of lecturers, declaring Headmasters or principals as non-vocational as they have to perform their duties even in vacations, removal of pay anomalies of Headmasters by placing them in the grade 8000-13500 and placing them in pay band two.
Those who attended the meeting were S Rajinder Singh, Hussain Mohd Raj Singh Jasrotia, Ashok Raina, Vinod Matoo, Ram Raksha and many others.
