JAMMU, Dec 27: The Government today approved 7.9 percent interest for third quarter of the financial year 2019-20 for the subscribers of General Provident Fund and other similar funds.
An order to this effect was issued by Dr Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissio-ner, Finance Department pursuant to the notification issued by the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
