REASI, Dec 28: On the directions of DIG-UR Range Sujit Kumar Singh and under the supervision of Rashmi Wazir, SSP Reasi, Mumtaz Ali Bhatti, DySP DAR DPL Reasi organized a lecture on the health awareness and natural means of treatment followed by body analysis (check up) of the various officers and jawans at the recreation hall of District Police Lines (DPL), here.
At the outset of the function, Mumtaz Ali Bhatti DySP DAR DPL Reasi welcomed Ranjeet Kumar, Director Praviter Trust, Una Road Hoshiarpur Punjab for sparing his valuable time to aware the jawans of District Police Reasi on the various health issues and natural means of treatment of the various chronic diseases.
Speaking on the occasion, Ranjeet Kumar Kaushal, Director Praviter Trust, Una Road Hoshiarpur spoke in length about the various chronic diseases and naturopathic means of their treatment. He described the nature as the best guardians of the human being and advised the officer and jawans to adopt fruits and natural products in their meals to keep themselves medically fit and avoid relying more on medicine. He told them that while getting themselves treated through allopathic, the individuals gets relief for time being and the actual problem remains unaddressed.
He described brain as the supreme commander of the body and advised officials to use walnut for its growth. He also gave his valuable suggestions on heart, gastric and other problems. He advised to avoid junk foods and use sacred fig (Peepal Tree) leaf for heart related problems.
The session also witnessed checkup of the officials in which he gave his valuable tips on back pain, knee problems etc. He also gave his valuable suggestions on how to get rid of alcoholism and distributed ayurvedic medicine in this regard. He advised the officers and officials to have healthy foods.
The session witnessed healthy discussions in which various queries put forth by the officials were answered by the speaker and naturopathic treatment were suggested.
The session ended with vote of thanks by Inspector Rajesh Kumar Gautam of DPL Reasi.
