JAMMU, Dec 31: Shiv Sena Jammu and Kashmir leaders expressed their anguish over the application being invited from candidates across the country in the first recruitment notice in J&K High Court after revoked Articles 370 and 35A .
Shiv Sainiks, under the leadership of State president, Manish Sahni, staged a protest at Channi Himmat, here, today. Sahni said that Jammu and Kashmir needs more development and employment than NPR or CAA.  He said that the unemployment rate in Jammu and Kashmir is the highest compared to other states. Sahni said that he suggested to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi on reservation of 80:20 in employment and education institutions for the relief of the youth of Jammu and Kashmir.
Although the youth of Jammu and Kashmir are very talented, due to lack of resources and limited development under the Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir has been backward compared to other states, he said.  Talking about the development of Jammu province in particular, Sahni said that special attention is needed on the development of tourist places and industrial sites so that employment opportunities are available for the youth here.
He demanded starting a fast-track registration process to fill the vacant posts in various Government departments with 80:20 formula. Sahni said that all Government departments are struggling with shortage of officers.  He also appealed to other so-called political organizations, which use the name of Shiv Sena as a prefix or suffix and create confusion, to gather and serve the public under the banner of Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray.
Many leaders and executives including general secretary, Vikas Bakshi, GI Singh, senior vice president, Surjit Singh, secretary, Raj Singh, Sanjeev Sudan, Uttam Singh, Sheha Kaur, Ashish Bali, Bhuri Singh  and many other were present.
