Bodies of 2 Rajouri bus accident victims identified

RAJOURI, Jan 3: Two un-identified dead bodies of the Lamberi bus accident victims, which were lying in Nowshera hospital’s matruary since last evening, were identified today.
A senior police officer said that the deceased were identified after their family membes contacted today. They have been identified as Tarlok Singh (40), son of Baldev Singh, resident of Amritsar in Punjab and Mohd Shahzad (19), son of Mohd Akram, resident of Manjakote in Rajouri.
Shahzad, was going to attend an Army recruitment rally in Jammu area. The bodies after postmortem and performing legal formalties by local police, were handed over to their respective families, the officer said.
It may be recalled that 10 persons were killed and 37 others injured in bus accident near Lamberi in Nowshera area on Thursday. Eight bodies were identified by late last evening but these two victims remained unidentified.
