JAMMU, Jan 12: Chairman, Health & Sanitation Committee, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Baldev Singh Billowaria inaugurated the development work which was constructed in Ward Number 56, Ekta Vihar, Gangyal with a cost of about Rs 5 lakh which was an old demand of the people.
On this occasion, Billowaria said that now the work being started by Municipal Corporation Jammu, the problems of people besides, the drains of the Ward, electricity and water problems are also being solved. Ekta Vihar Gurdwara Prabandak Committee complimented Billowaria for starting the development work in the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Billowaria said that Ward number 56 is the first such Ward in the city to have taken the initiative in segregation of waste and soon this Ward will be the best Ward in the city in terms of cleanliness as it has already become dustbin free. Billawaria said that many other development works have been sanctioned for the Ward which will be started in the coming few days and appealed to the people to cooperate with the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) to achieve a clean and green Jammu. He said “In future, Let’s Ward 56 have the distinction of becoming the most modern and clean Ward of Jammu city” .,
Billowaria asked the people to not to pay heed to the propaganda by the Congress on the (Citizenship Amendment Act. “They (Cong men) believe in falsehoods, rumours and half-truths. He said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has fulfilled the promise made by the people to lead an honourable life and live as dignified citizens.
