JAMMU, Mar 23: Devotees in thousands thronged Bhagwati Nagar Ashram on the first day of Satsang by Sant Asaram Bapu who was accorded a rousing reception at the Jammu airport by distinguished dignitaries and eminent personalities.
Revered Bapu, who would deliver spiritual sermons here at the Ashram complex till March 24, lambasted the forces hell bent on defaming the Hindu saints by distorting their utterings as a part of conspiracy hatched to destabilise Bhartiya Sanskriti for their partisan ends.
He disclosed that this malicious propaganda leashed against him in particular is the handiwork of the missionaries who have strengthened the NGOs with foreign funding to create a wedge between the media and the masses. The missionaries are engaged in conversion of ‘Dharma’ for which foreign sponsored channels have been activated to weaken the Bhartiya Sanskriti and its ethos, and are spending crores and crores for hiring the like minded people and hooligans, spreading sensational news and wanton propaganda with the sole aim of evoking hatred against saints.
Bapuji said when great saints like Ram Sukh ji Maharaj, Guru Nanak Ji, Ram Tirath ji Swami Dayanand ji and many others were not spared by the slanderers how could he spared?
Revered Saint said chemical colours used in holi are very harmful for health only sane elements know this mystery of colours. “It is for this reason I explored ‘Palash colour’ as a healthy substitute of chemical colours and I am using it since the last 40 years, adding formerly this Holi utsav was famous in Surat Ashram only. But this year, I shall celebrate this Holi festival with ‘Palash’ colour in as many as 13 cities of India”, said Bapu ji.
He congratulated the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the concurrence of this satsang on ‘Amlik Ekadishi’ adding it is a sort of boon for them as being beneficiaries of listening the ‘Katha’ of ‘Ekadishi from a Brahmgyani saint.
Bapu ji also highlighted in detail the enormous benefits of the rotation of ‘life force’ in 12 organs of the body.
He also highlighted the episode of ‘Sridhar’ a ‘dunce’ pigheaded by birth who would use to take mustard oil in the shoes.
Bapu ji said this Sridhar when attended Satsang and got initiated with ‘guru mantra’ became so learned that he wrote ‘Gita’ popularly known as ‘Sridhari’ Gita adding Lord Krishna appeared in his house in ‘Bal-roop’ when the former tried to make certain correction in ‘the Gita’ spoken by his own mouth.
Bapu ji announced to the mammoth gathering of devotees that tomorrow morning ‘Guru diksha’ (initiation of Gurumantra) would be given to the aspirants on persistent demand.
Holi celebration shall also be performed after 11 am (morning) to bless the devotees with ‘Palash Colour’.
