JAMMU, Jan 29: Miran Sahib Police booked four persons including husband of a lady in rape case.
As per police sources, a man identified as Swaran Singh of Link Road Simble Camp compelled her wife to have illicit relations with three persons identified as Gurmeet Singh, Harvinder Singh and Hardeep Singh on several occasions.
“Swaran Singh use to threaten her wife with sharp edged weapon and force her to have illicit relations with Gurmeet, Harvinder and Hardeep”, sources added.
After finding a loop hole, the lady escaped from the clutches of her husband and narrated the whole matter to police.
Acting over the compliant, a case under FIR Number 16/2020 under sections 376, 109 and 323 IPC has been registered at Miran Sahib Police Station and hunt has been launched to nab the accused including lady’s husband.
