SRINAGAR, Feb 8: A book titled ‘Management in Practice: Challenges & Strategies’ by Dr Mubashir Majid Baba, published by Studium Press, India (sister concern of Studium Press LLC, USA) was released by Prof Rakesh Sehgal (Director, NIT Srinagar), during the Research Methodology Workshop organized by Department of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The dignitaries who were present on the occasion, included former Dean Academic Affairs University of Kashmir, Prof Musadiq Amin Sahaf; Dean Academic Affairs, NIT Srinagar Prof KowsarMajid; Dean Research and Consultancy, NIT Srinagar, Prof G A Harmain; Coordinator TEQIP-III, NIT Srinagar, Prof M F Wani and Registrar of NIT Srinagar, Prof S K Bukhari.
The foreword of the book is written by Prof Himanshu Rai, Director, Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. The book is an outcome of intense academic discussion held on the topic of management challenges and strategies. Overall, the book adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to explore the themes in helping the growth of management strategies, said Dr Baba.
