JAMMU, Feb 9: The dead body of a labourer was today found hanging in his shanty in Janipur area of city outskirts.
“The deceased has been identified as Shatrughan, a labourer by profession and resident of Bilaspur, Chattisgarh,” a police official said, adding his body was found hanging this morning in his jhuggi located at Ambedkar Nagar, High Court Road, Janipur, Jammu.
He said the body of the deceased was sent for postmortem while inquest proceeding in this connection was initiated by police station Janipur.
